Who we are

Welcome to Poppy’s Pilates—Lake Oconee’s cozy corner for connection, movement, and mindful strength. Founded by Avery Prosperi and named after her beloved mini Goldendoodle, Poppy, our studio was born from a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and joyful living. We believe Pilates should be approachable, uplifting, and a little playful—just like Poppy herself!

Whether you're stepping onto the mat or the reformer for the first time or deepening an established practice, our mission is to help you feel strong, centered, and supported every step of the way. We’re so excited to share this space with our Lake Oconee community and can’t wait to move with you!
