This 50-minute class is ideal for clients with some Pilates experience who are ready to build on their foundational strength and technique. Expect a dynamic flow that challenges core stability, balance, and overall body awareness. We'll incorporate props and varied equipment to deepen your practice, enhance muscular endurance, and improve flexibility. This class moves at a steady pace and includes both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises.
